I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, the staff was welcoming, and the location was lovely. However, the dining experience could use some improvement. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing vacation.
The hotel rooms were ready for check and beautiful with complimentary Elemis products; however, there was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom and bedroom. The service was very quick to get me checked in and to my room. The location offered stunning views of the golf courses and Wales, but there were some maintenance issues with grotty carpets and smoking areas. The dining experience was a mix of pleasant and disappointing, with some service issues during peak times. The hotel facilities were overall acceptable.
The hotel room was a major disappointment due to the full washing bin, dirtiness, and leaky toilet. The service was inconsistent, with rude staff and delayed problem-solving. The location was fabulous with lovely surroundings, but communication issues affected practical aspects like late check-out. The dining experience had both positive and negative points, offering pleasant staff but poor value. Overall, the stay had mixed experiences and lacked certain conveniences.
